This place was great! We got the grill and it was A LOT of food. You could easily make 15 tacos out of it. The lady that was helping us was very nice, we will definitely be back.
This place is down an alley and it is amazing. Just off the main road. We just happen to be walking this direction and they were telling us to eat there. We said sure it’s been around since 1994. Must be good. We were not disappointed at all. Service was great. Louie Louie was our server. Great guy. Pictured in review. He was offering suggestions. Gave us some chips and dips to start off with. Awesome appetizer to try out On the menu is a good but small variety. I had fajitas and my friend had a quesadilla per his suggestion. Flavor was so good. The torts were fresh. The pork cantor was so good too. If in the area you MUST try it out.
I had the best meal in Taco Factory! The price is so good and food is authentic and delicious. The waiter who served us is fabulous and full of humour. We refilled hundred times of guacamole and he was super nice still.

What a customer service!!!. Joel went above and beyond to ensure our experience at Taco Factory were unforgettable. He treated us like family and his recommendation was excellent. We were a party of 7 and the parrillada for 4 was more than enough. We will definitely come by next time we come to Cancun!!!
Stopped by in the afternoon on Monday as they were playing Salsa and Cumbia music. Since there were not many people, the place was pretty flexible with music request and quick to serve orders. Absolutely loved the local vibes. This area is touristy and other places were filled with typical clubby/party music, which I’m not a fan of especially during the daytime, this restaurant is a good jam if they stick to the choice of music. Complementary crisps, salsa sauces and limes were served, which tasted stunning. It’s half-opened and smokable venue, the ventilation is fairly sufficient. I’m not quite sure about the dinner time, but a bit surprised to see negative reviews.
I've been coming to this place for years, I really like it specially because the customer service however I'm upset today because they don't have the couches to sit and get some hookah. Come on guys!!! That's a MUST HAVE!!!! Let's goooo!!!!!!
Easily the best burrito I’ve ever had in my life. Flavor was amazing and our waiter Angel was super attentive. Also gave us free nachos with tons of sauces. Next trip to Cancun I’m 100% coming back here first. Best restaurant on that strip !
